Well this is the first day of Gains'tober. This month I will be increasing meals to 6aday and training in the gym doing 1-10 reps max. Bodyfat reading was at 9% but its probably at 12-14% if I'm honest. Strength on weights is I can press and pull 75-80k on shoulders, chest rows and pull downs and looking to achieve 90k/100k in 4 weeks, also to hit 200k deadlift/rack pull and squats. My weight stands is at 68kg Will be showing you all the results in 4 weeks!
