The thing that hurts worst on shoulder day is my pride. ๐ You may be able to swing around 100lb dumbbells on chest and leg press upwards of 1000lbs but if you care anything about aesthetics and not just being the biggest guy in the room, you gotta leave your ego at the door. Take advantage of those 7 and 10lb dumbbells and destroy those delts. ๐๐ฝ #shoulderday #bodybuilding
