Top row is me today 5weeks post comp. Bottom row is a couple of days out...as hard as I thought the comp prep was post comp is MUCH harder!! Some people will see this and think 'you don't look bad' well it's a mental thing and hard to explain...It's been a battle with doing what's right for my body and doing what my head is telling me!! 'You deserve it' and 'you're not in prep now' have been my Devils on my shoulder and my worst week was 2weeks post comp where I almost blew out completely! Trying to stick to a reverse diet is hard especially when everyone has an opinion on what you should be eating...BUT I'm feeling a lot better about my body now and loving training!!!
